Television Branding

In marketing ourselves, our products, as well as our opportunities, it is sometimes difficult to get the word out a quickly as we would like. Social Media has certainly enabled many of us to get our names out into the public eye and if we provide real input and great content, people will notice and be attracted to us. It is simply a relatively slow process.  I am proud to be a team member with the Chews 4 Health company. Chews 4 Health ceratinly understands the power of branding! The have developed a unique marketing concept called “National Co-op Marketing” or NCM. While it is true a true network marketing company, the NCM concept allows the company to speed up the branding process. As a member of the co-op you can share in the increased sales of product while helping to grow the entire “network” of distributors. This benefits all team members. Even the ones that choose not to participate in the co-op benefit by the name recognition that happens.

Chews 4 Health started advertising on national radio, then direct mail to chiropractors, and yesterday had a segment on “The Balancing Act” (Lifetime TV) In July, there will be a 2 page ad in “Women’s Day” Magazine. Imagine how much easier it is to prospect for customers and team members when they have seen or heard about your product on radio, television, and magazines!

Thanks to the NCM, Chews 4 Health, and especially Dr. Friedman for helping all team members to be more successful!

Chews to have a great day!

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

Guest Post by: Dean Gutch
Did you ever realize that when YOU get EXCITING NEWS about Chews4Health you are just so PUMPED up about this company that you can’t stand it… Marilu Henner, Lifetime TV… TWO exciting things about what’s happening right now.  I’ve gotten MULTIPLE calls from many people this week talking about how EXCITED they are!  Got a call yesterday from someone who has a friend in California, and they saw a commercial on T.V., and they are going to get them in!!! It’s EXCITING!!!!

People attract people… Excitement attracts Excitement… A Smile Attracts a SMILE :) .  I remember running 4 Restaurants 20 years ago, and the number one rule was to park in FRONT!  Show Lots of people there! Dean Sasser and I were in Virginia last week, and walked into a Restaurant that nobody was there!  We were afraid to eat there!  People BRING a Great Atmosphere!  Because it BREEDS EXCITEMENT!

Well…. what do you do when there’s nobody around to INJECT that excitement? The TRUE TEST comes when there’s NO EXCITEMENT to feed from.  If you are a NEGATIVE person, which I know some people are, and you know who you are, you need to change that.  You need to remember that “As a man THINKS in his heart, and so he is.”  You can go to church, and learn about being patient, loving and kind to each other, and it’s so easy to put on your “SUNDAY BEST” attitude, BUT what happens when you get out of church, and find that it’s raining, and you need to get somewhere quick, and there’s a small “FENDER BENDER” in front of you in the Church Parking Lot… Do you get out and help?  Have you lost your patience?  Kindness Gone? You see, My Faith teaches me there’s an evil force out there called Satan who wants to steal our Joy, and Enthusiasm.  In cases where I know that’s happening… I pray, and I start smiling internally, I’ll listen to HAPPY MUSIC, and I realize what’s going on around me, and that I’m being “Attacked”.

Don’t Lose the Joy, and Enthusiasm, Pull from the SOURCE in your own heart, be ENTHUSIASTIC, SMILE, and remember “Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff, It’s All Small Stuff”

Pain of Regret

After taking several years off from the MLM or Network Marketing industry, I’ve recently found a product that I love and decided to re-enter this nebulous industry. This time with a renewed interest in building a group primarily online.  There is a learning curve, which takes a little time to climb, but the rewards are definitely worth the effort!

One of my previous posts identifies how marketing online and offline are similar.  The methods are different but the rules are basically the same.  Since, you can’t completely ignore your local market, I thought I’d pass along a saying I heard a long time ago. “The pain of regret is worse than the fear of failure.” I’m not exactly sure that is a quote, but the message is definitely there.

Several years ago, I let a “friend” talk me out of pursuing an opportunity that I really liked. Well, several months later this same “friend” recruited me into the same opportunity that they talked me out of earlier. Because of the marketing plan in that company, my decision to be recruited by him instead of recruiting him cost me a rather large fortune.  Now, I want to make sure you know that I am not angry about that situation, but I’ve tried to learn from it.

Just tonight, I listened in on a conference call from one of my up-line partners and one of the presenters is (was) on my list. In fact, his business rents a building from my company. I just haven’t gotten around to talk with him yet. Again, not angry, but it makes you want to give yourself a swift kick for not being as active as you know you should.

Whether you are a seasoned veteran or a newcomer to this business, always remember this, “the pain of regret is worse than the fear of failure.” Don’t regret that you didn’t make that call. Don’t regret that you forgot to send that e-mail or write that blog post. Don’t regret that you let that big opportunity pass you by. Take your fear of rejection and toss it out. Take action instead of sitting on the sidelines. Whether you earn one dollar or a million, at least you will not have to face the “pain of regret” by not taking ACTION!

Vitamin B12

Just read an interesting article on Vitamin B12. Seems it may help prevent brain shrinkage! They don’t seem to mention that the RDA seems to be a little behind in their recommendations. According to this research, we “may” be able to keep our brain size by eating a couple of chews everyday!

Dr. David Friedman, the developer of the wonderful, one of a kind Chewable supplement Chews4Health, wrote the following in response to the amount of Vitamin B12 in Chews4health.

“In the United States, the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) was  established by the government to
reflect  the bare “minimal amount needed” to sustain life and fight disease. The  RDA for Vitamin C is 60 mg, which is the amount needed to ensure humans would not develop the disease Scurvy; however, most Vitamin C supplements on the market are sold in  1,000 mg or higher.   Without going into a long lecture on RDAs, I will tell you this…….MAN created the RDA numbers and every 3-5  years
those numbers are  constantly being revised and they change drastically so how can they be an accurate  gage on how to supplement your diet?     In fact, just a year ago it was said that men should supplement their diets with 1,000 mg of Calcium per day.   Now, current  research shows that calcium supplementation CAUSES PROSTATE CANCER and it was recently  announced that NO calcium is recommended per day for men.  That means DON’T TAKE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS AT ALL IF YOU ARE A MAN!  Wow, what a drastic change from what the RDA  has been telling us for the past 25 years!!

Vitamin B12 is water soluble and there is NO worry about having “too much” or for it to cause any  dangerous side effects to the body.    That means the B12 our body does not use, we excrete from our kidneys in our urine.  Yes, you are right, the RDA for B12 is just  2.4 mcg,  the bare minimum needed to sustain human life; however,
science shows that the cells of the body require  a hundred times  more  B12 than the RDA (especially for those that don’t eat meat.)  If you could find a B12 supplement on the market with only the RDA (I doubt one exists,)  you would
be taking the bare minimum needed to keep you alive,  but you would not see any noticeable results like focus, energy, endurance or increased vitality. For that, you need  a supplement that contains 200 mcgs,  like  Chews4health.

I do have one piece of  advice pertaining to your children…..  You may want to limit their intake of Chews4Health to the mornings and keep them away from it at night oryou will want us to  rename the product:
Zoooooooooom-4-Heatlh!

Sincerely,

Dr. David
Friedman

Thanks Dr. Friedman for your explanation.

Michael
